''Dear Camilla, Just a quick note to says thanks and that we had an absolutely fantastic time in La Plagne. Nicky and Ed were a real credit to Snowfox and if they treat all their guests the way they treated us, your business will be a resounding success on recommendation alone! They looked after us well beyond all expectations, and at all times, without exception, nothing was too much trouble. We only had to hint that we might like something (usually more porridge) and lo and behold it was there. Mark and I will probably be back down for a sneaky few days before the season is finished, and there is no question that our first choice would be Snowfox and hopefully Nikki and/or Ed.

''We were a family party of 10 people, ranging in age from 4 to 72 years old. Some of us were very experienced skiers, but most were not. We wanted to have a good Christmas holiday and also to be in a resort which was easy to access from the UK and where we would be likely to have snow over the Christmas period. Our dreams were fulfilled by the Snowfox Holidays. We had excellent chalet accommodation, were delightfully looked after by our Chalet girl, Frankie, and had the full Christmas dinner with trimmings. The ski-school to which we were linked was excellent and the experienced skiers found plenty of challenging runs. We were so fortunate. The sun shone without a cloud in the sky for the 6 days we were there. An unforgettable experience. Thank you.''
